Family & Personal
Dougie is married to his wife Allison, and has three children: Ryan, Danny, and Addison. His four legged critters include his ferrets, huskey, and a growing stable of race horses.

As a kid growing up around Detroit, his favorite hockey players were Steve Yzerman and Gordie Howe. He even boasts owning a signed Gordie Howe bobble head.

His biggest honors have been the opportunity to represent the United States in both World Cups, as well as the Torino, Salt Lake City, and Nagano Winter Olympics.

Hobbies
In his copious free time, Dougie likes to play golf, as well as massive multiplayer online roleplaying games. Much to the surprise of many, he is a fierce Star Wars and fantasy geek. He is a lover of history, and never misses an episode of Jeopardy. He is also an AVID music and movie buff, often found quoting obscure movie lines or singing along to whatever song is stuck in his head. Rumors are he keeps a guitar stashed away in his entertainment room, and he can actually play it. It is also unwise to come between him and his copy of “Tombstone”.
